Dr. Simon Nderitu

Director, Glacier Realtors Ltd

Dr. Simon Nderitu is a physicist, educator, and researcher currently working in the field of particle physics at McGill University in Canada. He completed his postgraduate and doctoral studies in Germany, building a strong academic foundation in scientific research, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Dr. Nderitu is also an alumnus of the University of Siegen, where he participates in collaborative two-year project cycles involving international teams, culminating in on-site presentations during the second year. These engagements strengthen his global professional networks and reinforce his connection with diaspora communities.

Alongside his academic career, Simon has developed a growing interest in real estate investment and brokerage. Leveraging his diaspora exposure and international networks, he supports outreach to clients seeking credible property opportunities in Kenya. He brings a structured and research-oriented approach to market analysis, property evaluation, and investment positioning, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Mr. Stanley Githaiga

Mr. Stanley Githaiga holds a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Karatina University. His academic background supports his work in strategic planning, operational management, and market analysis within the property sector. He is also an aspiring candidate with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.

A Laikipia-born businessman, Stanley brings strong local knowledge and hands-on expertise in market exploration, land evaluation, and property transactions across the Nanyuki and Laikipia region. As an accomplished logistician, he understands the challenges faced by diaspora investors, particularly around trust, documentation, and transparent conveyance. He oversees ground coordination, property verification, and supports smooth transactions for both local and international clients.

Stanley is also actively involved in community initiatives. He supports organizations including Nanyuki Palliative Care Association, KSPCA, Tumaini Autism Center, Kenya Red Cross Society, and Nanyuki Sports Club, and serves as a board member of Lechuga Secondary School. His work reflects a commitment to responsible investment and positive community impact.

Mr. Francis Mugo

Francis Mugo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Siegen, Germany. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in business computing, recognizing the intersection between economics, technology, and enterprise solutions. This multidisciplinary background shaped his professional approach, enabling him to bridge strategic business thinking with practical digital implementation across diverse projects.

Since returning to Kenya in 2006, Francis has worked as a consultant specializing in application design and web development. He has led and contributed to database-driven systems, including Peace Support Operations applications used to manage and track personnel trained in peacekeeping across for the East African Standby Force. His work focuses on structured data management, scalable platforms, and reliable digital infrastructure. In addition, Francis offers German language tutorials in Kenya, supporting professionals and students seeking academic, business, and diaspora opportunities.

Francis also maintains active collaboration with his alma mater through international alumni initiatives since 2013.  The two-year project cycles combine online work with on-site presentations, strengthening global networks and diaspora engagement.
